"Seems like a newly renovated building and looks good but Popeye’s employees ARE NOT service people. We JUST got out after ordering but literally stood in front of the counter while the employees were having a conversation. The cashier finally came out, fulfilled the people before us’ order and came to the register. Asked what we would like (stops to have a conversation), “mild or hot” (stops again to converse), your total is.. (goes to the back to converse), packs our order and just leaves it on the counter without even a “here you go” and gives a dirty look. Our order could’ve been done within 2 minutes but we stood there for about 15 minutes. The place was dead quiet mind you so they weren’t even busy. Horrible service."
