When the job was almost complete, flooring, painting, bathroom renovation…the basement got flooded. They had to do it all over again. "How do I give proper accolades to this company? *cracking knuckles* here we go. After a failed sump pump, our insurance company linked us with up with this company. Now, keep in mind that this is a very stressful experience. To say they were remarkable would be an understatement, if I could use one adjective, it would be supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. To categorically break that word down is simple. This company and all of the people that we had the pleasure of working with were professional, in that they are masters of their craft. Patrick took his time to explain the work, the breakdown of the itemized insurance list, and the products that were used on the floors of our finished basement. They were very honest. They answered our questions based on facts, and not what we wanted to hear. They were personable, which to me is imperative. The various crews that came to the house all had delightful senses of humor and were very approachable. They kept us in “the know” during every step of the process, which chiseled away at my anxiety and stress. In this day and age good work is hard to find, well this was not good work, it was wicked pissah which is Masshole for brilliant! Shot out to Kelsey for keeping everything running smoothly"
