"Grow West products are the worst of the worst *every* time I take a chance on them. They pass ditch weed off as medicine and frankly it's obscene what they get away with. Every eighth of flower you get from them comes with at least 1.5 grams of refuse that they left on for you just to make a quick buck. Absolutely shameful. The only stuff produced by them worth smoking are their "premium" flowers and if you make *all* of your stuff suck to the point that your customers HAVE to buy the very best to get anything halfway decent you're ripping people off."

"Would definitely not recommend I had issues with them in the past but figured I'd give them another try. I bought a half ounce of untrimmed buds only to get underdeveloped buds and leaf. I tried to take it in and exchange for something better and all they would say was all sales are final. I took it home and weighed it and had 7 grams of leafs definitely will never go back. They do not care about the customer. I have had untrimmed before and have no problem with leaf but this stuff isn't even smokable. Really wasted my hard earned money!!!"

"Good prices, great customer service, first time here today and the experience was simple! Walk in, give your ID, register for rewards, only have to be 21+ with an ID (No you don't have to be a MD resident).... If you're thinking about dropping in, just do it, you'll thank me later!!! I've been to two of the dispensarys so far in Cumberland and grow west seems to have the better deals!"

"I stopped in here because the price was way better than across the way. It was better even without my 20% discount for being a new customer. I was upset that I waited for an hour before I checked out. The place was very busy and every employee was very apologetic about my wait time. I met some very decent people to converse with while I was there. The only thing that could be better are a couple items. I would look into some wrap around couches. Put your holiday items in that little room with your literature. Look into intercoms for the people behind the glass. I can barely hear them. Also, when your drive thru gets packed it is hectic on the people parking. This is primarily on the left hand side of the lot if you’re facing away from the building. There are people coming to get in line and park, meanwhile vehicles are backing up."

"Used to be my go to before recreational went into effect in July. I am a medical patient and use concentrates which are solely for medical yet the discount I was able to get any day before July is now only available on Thursday's and Sunday's (Terpy Thursdays and when the entire store is on discount) I'm only available to go Thursday as I work Sundays and given I'm sure others who use concentrates deal with only having 2 days to access a cheaper price, the lines are always long no matter what the time. I typically sit in the drive through line for 30-45 minutes. By the time I get home, I am exhausted and worn down simply by trying to get access to what works for me. It causes so much frustration but I feel like they don't care to change it because they know they offer more products and can make more money off their medical patients by doing things this way. I'd give my review 2 stars but the selection they offer is worth a star to me because it's the only reason I keep going back. Also, the people who work the "second drive through line" should be able to keep tips as they are doing the bud tender work just as much if not more than those behind the window."
