"So my husband and I had a patchwork done on our roof where it was leaking into the ceiling of our kitchen. We found C3 through home advisor. We saw the reviews and apparently the owner of the company reached out to my husband to talk about the work we needed done. We definitely put trust into this company. We are in Jacksonville NC where Ed came out and assessed our damages quoted us around 1.5k for the patch work job. So March came and they did the patchwork. We were less than satisfied with finding nails in our yard after being told that there should be none and they'd clean up since we have kids and dogs who run in our yard. We also found cigarette buds in our yard. Neither my husband or I smoke. Our neighbors do not smoke either. My husband assured me at least our roof wouldn't leak. The first rain we had and our ceiling in our kitchen begins to leak in the same place again! My husband went up and checked it and sure enough the same spot was leaking. We call and Ed comes out. He says on the guy who finished forgot to do one thing. Easy fix right? Well Wednesday we had rain none stop for like 12 hours. Again we thought our roof was fixed. No it was not. I walked into my kitchen and the part of my ceiling in my kitchen wasn't just slowly leaking now there was TWO spots right next to each other leaking fast. I called C3 in a panic and was told Ed would call me back. I called my husband to inform him it was leaking again. When my husband got home from work he went up into our attic and again the same spot in the roof was leaking. I got a call from Ed who tried to tell me it was probably our gutters causing the issue. It is absolutely not our gutters causing this issue. he then assured me he would come out either Wednesday night or the next day which obviously was Thursday. Ed did not come out Wednesday night and sure enough Ed didn't even try to reach out to my husband or I. Here we are Friday and haven't been contacted by anyone about our leaky roof. So very disappointed in this company. I'm honestly surprised they have 5 stars if this is how they conduct business."
