"These guys are so unprofessional. They cut it nice the first time and then take shortcuts the next visits. I have wavy/curly hair and they used thinning scissors. You’re not supposed to do that. And when I got a balayage they put the heat on real high to speed up the process without asking. I’d rather go to a school to get cut by students."
