"I went there and first asked for a pedicure , first issue he didn’t ask me what smell I wanted in my feet so picked orange assuming I would like it, second of all I got a refill and they told me that it would be 30 and then changed it to 35. Last but not least THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DESIGN AND DID NOT ASK ME IF I LIKED MY NAILS THICK OR THIN. I did not like the experience in this place I do not recommend."

"I have been going to Sally’s for approximately 5 months now. Cindy does really nice lashes, but her attitude is the worse. The last time I went she was very rude and dismissive. I gave her $30 for my lashes that cost $25. I had to ask for my change. When I did, she started talking in her native language. I WILL NOT tip for rude behavior. I decided to go back again because as I stated Cindy do nice lashes. Here we go again. Instead of urging, I decided to spend my money elsewhere. Customer Service Skills are essential."
