Shoe Show Mega Store

"I can't purchase anything from the website it keeps canceling my order, I called and emailed customer service and no one helped me. I have been trying since May 2023."

"The people that work here are what would make me want to shop back here not necessarily the store prices. The customer representatives are very helpful even when they appear over worked. There must be also a thief issue here because for some shoes only 1 is available and you have to request for the second pair. Finally the shoes appear higher in price but they could just be me. I may come back again to shop"

"Was followed (with my child) the entire time while in the store. Definitely not welcoming. Was in the store for about 15min and never asked if I needed help until I asked the young man if he worked there and he responded yes. He was wearing a coat and followed me the entire time. The senior worker, maybe manager, always has a negative attitude."

"Store manager is not pleasant. It was a pair if scuffed white heels..I asked her could they be discussed. She reached for the box, Says they are already marked down enough. I asked was she the manager. I than asked for corporate number.She gave me 2 wrong numbers than the store number. Well I found corporate number on my own. Called they said they will be following up. Hope so. People are so quick to be mean or ignorant to people. Change your job. You chose to deal with the public."

"The employees were nice and the store was clean and in order, but have some time and patience when you're ready to purchase. They don't have matching shoes on the floor, they have to go in the back and retrieve your shoe's match. I don't know what their setup is in the back, but it takes a bit of time for them to come back with your matching shoe. One of my shoes they came back with the wrong match and had to go back."
