"I had my eyelashes put on by ulta today 3 hours later they just fell off while sitting talking to my daughter. I didn't do anything to make them fall off. I am so disappointed. Paying for them and they did a horrible job."

"Was greeted by someone offering help. I asked for foundation and named two preferences. She clearly didn't listen as she directed me to buy something that fit neither criteria. Then when she saw I put it back and asked why, I shared. She then disappeared, not offering to find what I was actually looking for. Then the cashier proceeded to try to convince me that it was required I give my phone number. Boy, bunch of winners at this store."

"Ok Ok Ok I'll start wearing makeup more often. The staff were GREAT and VERY KNOWLEDGABLE of the different colors of foundation, powders, eye shadow, and reasonably priced mascara for a teenager. Love this spot in Plymouth Meeting (Naomi & team) and Roosevelt Blvd (Ashley& Aja you ROCK!) Great, experience & customer service!"
