"This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant.The service was hands down awful.came with my family to have a nice time from the door the hostess just told me and who ever walking in; it’s a 10-15min wait and didn’t take no names or phone numbers so they can call you and tell you when it your turn to be seated. They were seating people by guess . Finally sat down with the family and the waitress took our order and forgot to ask what we wanted to drink. The atmosphere was like waiting in line at a McDonald’s in west Philly and watching two people about to fight for ketchup.when we ordered our food only two out of four things came on the plate just to let you know how bad it was in there smh never again"

"We went there for lunch today at 12:30 p.m. We sat at the bar. We asked the bartender, a young Spanish lady if we could sit at the bar. She replied, we opened late. She seemed annoyed. She then put menus out. We asked if we could have a beer. She tested all of the taps and said that she had one or two drafts only. She did not make any sense and seemed put off. We felt un-welcomed and told her that we would leave to let her continue her work. 2/1/2024 is the date of this post and time was 12:40 p.m. She did not know how to communicate and we were confused if they were opened or not. She gave no clear answer. I was just confused. When asked to clarify the status of the restaurant being open or not she said nothing."

"This was my second time coming to this location, and it will be my last. The first time was great back in September 2023. This time was horrible. My family and I went today around 4:30 today (11/20/23) it was like a ghost town in there. Not really to many people. I thought it was a good thing. Sadly, it wasn't. We stood at the door waiting for a hostess for over 20 minutes. We started to just go set at any table. And there were hardly customers dining. My husband had to go look for someone. The other works just kept walking by not saying anything. Finally, someone came and seated us. Our food looked good but was cold. They put the wrong steaks on two of the plates. I can see it they were busy, but they weren't, and it was like a ghost town, barely any in there. Yall need better management and a new team."

"Was told 20min wait time, but that was definitely not accurate. Ended up waiting 54 min to be exact before my table of 7 were seated. It was also a busy Sat evening so I was expecting to wait, but could have been told an accurate time from the jump. We were actually getting ready to leave when we were called to get seated. The waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu & was able to quickly take our orders. I can't remember her name but I do remember she is a St. Joe's student & was very nice. All our food came out promptly, was hot & fresh. No complaints in that area."

"Impromptu lunch date with my daughter who suggested the stop☺ Our server Danielle was kind, efficient and attentive. The food was surprisingly delicious. It came out hot, fresh and most importantly fast!"
