"First time I’ve literally cried over how ugly I looked after a haircut. I showed the woman a picture of the haircut I wanted and we discussed it (only short in the back, keep it longer everywhere else) and instead of cutting on inch or so off my bangs like the picture, she cuts my bangs so they’re only an inch or so long! And then tries to say that they were short in the picture I showed her- they’re not! My husband had to come comfort me in the shower later because he could hear me sobbing so loud and took him 10 minutes to calm me down that just because my hair looks bad doesn’t mean I’m ugly. Haven’t felt this insecure since high school. Definitely not going back!!!!"
