"Just finished 10 sessions private yoga instruction with Karli and wanted to share that her instruction and style is amazing. She helped me with the yoga poses and modifications I would need when I would start regular classes. My first post training General session yoga class was last night. I was able to begin class with others and follow along and during the class she shared mods as we went and I was able to follow along. Overall the experience was 5 out of 5. Well done karli. I am very thankful. If you are considering yoga and are new to it and may or may not need mods I highly recommend the one on one instruction."

"Funny my previous post was removed. I will not stay silent. AVOID THIS PLACE! Do not recommend! Make sure you know you absolutely cannot change your mind at any time or have any change in circumstances like lose a job. They will not let you out of an agreement even though they tell you you can in order to get you to sign an agreement. . I went months trying to get out of a contract which I was explicitly told it was $200 to cancel. When I tried to cancel I was told I absolutely cannot cancel for any reason unless I move 15 or more miles away or become permanently disabled or die. In which case you still have to pay cancellation fees. I reached out to the owners for help and to discuss the shady things I felt their staff is doing to get business, and they completely ignored me at first and ignored my complaints. Finally after getting a lawyer involved, They wouldn’t acknowledge or deny my complaints but just told me I wasn’t special. It is partially my fault for not reading the details in full and just listening to what was told to me to get me to sign up. I have emails from the owners I previously shared here, on Facebook, and Yelp so you can see what kind of people they are. I got out finally by “moving”. But still had to pay over $1,000 to get out. Unbelievable people who only care about money."

"Went through the small group training for 6 weeks. The trainers, Melisa and Alyssa were professional, enthusiastic, supportive, knowledgeable and fun to be around. They went out of their way to help with technique and always adapted exercises to fit the needs of the clients. I highly recommend Anytime Fitness without reservation!!!"

"All of the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable! I really enjoy how big the gym is, there is so much space to do my workouts. It’s also never super crowded, which is nice for gym anxiety. I always feel comfortable! I meet with Melisa once a month and she always gives me great advice and workouts!"
