"Christina has been cutting my hair for years and I always love it. She takes her time to do in depth consultations and I’m never rushed . She gives me styles that I can easily maintain and do on my own. When going from black hair to blonde she set realistic expectations and educated me on how to prolong my color. Today I brought my daughter in for a back to school cut and she absolutely loves it. Christina’s new salon is a vibe! Thanks Chris!!"

"I am beyond disappointed with not only the hair service I received from Christina but also the customer service. I’ve inserted a picture of what my reference photo was (first picture) and the rest is of my hair and how Christina sent me out the door. I had explained to her how I was unhappy with my hair and we set a date to have her fix it, she had cancelled that appointment because she was sick and in the hospital having surgery, I was very understanding of this. Now, you can imagine my surprise to see her then post on her business’s instagram page of her not only out with a friend but also in a completely different state. After seeing this, I felt lied to and deceived and it seemed to me that she really didn’t care about the fact that she had a client walking around with hair that looked the way mine did. I was genuinely so embarrassed of my hair that I went as far as editing a photo to make it look better than it actually did. I had given Christina a few days in hopes that she would reach out to me on her own to set a new appointment date but she didn’t, so I went to a different stylist who was able to give me exactly what I had been looking for in the first place. I messaged Christina and explained again how I was unhappy with the service but this time also requesting a refund because even though my hair didn’t look at all how I wanted it to, the bigger issue and main reasoning for wanting a refund was the fact that my roots were silver, my ends were yellow, I had bands around my head and the very back of my hair was orange and splotchy. After explaining this to Christina, she then argued with me over how she had “tried to reach out several times” (she didn’t and the last message I received from her was Wednesday 7/26 to tell me she was out of the hospital) and how there wasn’t anything she could do since I had gotten my hair fixed at another salon (not shocking considering how my hair looked). I spent almost $300 for a botched hair job and even worse customer service. She took absolutely no accountability and couldn’t even be bothered enough to say sorry for how she left me looking. It was one thing to send me out the door looking like that, it was another to cancel the appointment due to supposed sickness and surgery yet end up getting on a plane for vacation a day later. The unprofessionalism was saddening to say the least especially because I’ve done nothing but support Christina and her business. I wasn’t going to write a review because she had mentioned how much they can hurt her business but after messaging with her and how my hair looked, I could never recommend her salon to anyone."
