"Decided to cheat on Bojangles with Popeyes for the first time ever today- Staff were super nice and courteous, food is kinda mid-tier to be honest. Overall, can be summed up with one word: Decent!"

"Been here twice now. Staff barely speaks English, gets confused when you say you have a mobile order. They only start making the orders once you tell them that you have a mobile order, despite the app saying that it is supposed to be ready by a specified time. Then it takes them over 20 minutes to make food for two people who only ordered two combo meals. Once you get your food, either your sides are missing or they prepared it wrong all together. Often overcooked, rubbery, or they used the wrong batter on them or no batter at all. Don’t waste your time."

"Got out of work late and is was too late to start cooking so I decided take-out was the best option. As you can see from my Picture, I just paid a pretty decent amount. Now it's my fault for not checking my order before I pulled out of the drive thru but once I got home I realized I didn't receive my biscuits. ❗I would like to give a shout out to the store manager on duty tonight ❗ Called the store and the manager Mareem ( I apologize for the spelling, her name was unique) answered my call and not only did she apologize to me but once I returned to the establishment, the case of the missing biscuits was resolved. She was sincere and polite and I just wanted to give her some kudos for resolving the issue. The food was great and my family enjoyed everything ☺️"

"I've been trying this place once every handful of months since they've opened. Food has always been good and I can't speak for dining in, but the service for the drive through has been poor. I've never had such a disconnect with staff members unable to understand the most basic of orders or not knowing their own menu. Additionally, this hasn't happened to me in a while, but be wary of the earlier reviews here as they offered a free sandwich if you gave a 5star review in front of them."

"This Popeyes is very clean and inviting. VERY HELPFUL STAFF!! The spicy chicken wasn't as spicy as other locations. But great experience with tasty food and helpful staff. Can't ask for anything better."
