"This is my one and only barber shop. First came to the shop as a sophomore in high school. I’m 33 now! I will fly out/ travel to Andy’s when I need an haircut every 6 months. Every barber is great and I love the conversations with the barber, makes the time fly! They’re warm and very welcoming."

"I was satisfied that the haircuts were done fast with the two clients that I brought in this morning on 11/21/2023 but the phone customer service I received this morning was awful from a male representative I spoke with prior to coming in. I simply asked the the person what form of payment is accepted and he was very, very, very rude and hung up in my face and did not give me the answer I needed. I came to shop and asked the female who was sitting there, and she politely informed me the form of payment which was accepted for which I was thankful for. Since I already had the appointment scheduled for the group I had, I could not change it."

"My son grew his hair long for a long period of time because he wanted a new fashionable haircut, and indeed we chose one of the pictures hanging on the wall, which is what he wanted, but unfortunately the barber decide to shaved all the hair from the back of his head and shortened the front part without professionalism still very long. Anyone can do that at home easily. My son was very sad his friends called him Mushroom. I sent to them and they never sent me back or solve the problem. We are so disappointed. I paid $25 for nothing"
