"I have to agree that the owner is not a people person and not friendly. She is the business owner yet she does not greet you when you walk in if you're not a regular. I have been there a few times and was referred by a friend but we both stopped going. I know they don't need my business but they should act like they care about their customers and my business. I did love Vanessa and Linda, they were both professional and nice. I would still go there if I did not feel like an outcast when I went. The hair, color, highlights, and cut were amazing but I feel that professionalism and etiquette are just as important and it is well below par here. They have open conversations about this person, that person, trash people and sometimes their relationships but I go to a salon for a relaxing and peaceful experience not to hear someone complain and go off about their medical problems, how being on their feet hurts (especially when you're doing someone's hair on your feet!) how much your boo is spending or how he sucks but sent you a gift, he knows better because he's whipped attitude. Just so disrespectful and unprofessional! Again the quality of work is good but the professionalism is NOT! Grown up ladies!"
