"Needed to get my daughter in by Tuesday AM - started calling on WED afternoon, told Diane will call Diane will call, no indication an appt is not available. Fri late PM Im finally told oh no we cant get her in by then. Wasted two days of my time to give me a REFERRAL! Im a single dad with her mom coming to see her - the last thing I needed was my time wasted on this appointment. Never going back"

"I went to Diane Testani’s with FRIED blonde hair that I couldn’t manage and couldn’t get to grow. My hair has been totally transformed over the years! It’s like a new head of hair! The girls here know what they’re doing and know what’s best for the customer! I also had Katie do my hair for my wedding and it turned out absolutely stunning! Exactly how I envisioned and lasted all day and night long! Within the last year or so, I decided to go back to my natural brunette color… they NAILED IT! No matter what hair type you have or what color, style, cut you’re looking for, they can do it perfectly everytime! I recommend Diane’s crew to everyone I know! I’ll never trust anywhere else!"

"BRIDES THINK TWICE! The day before my trial hair run I get a phone call from the salon stating "So.. I'm sorry we really just can't accommodate you and your bridal party, you need to seek accommodations somewhere else, would you like recommendations for elsewhere?"...... Are you kidding me! I had called in the beginning of February to book my bridal party for August for hair and makeup. A total before tax of 140.00 per person without tip. At the time I had seven girls and I recently spoke with the owner over the phone when she called me to tell me that with the staff she has they could not at that time take seven people. I then informed her that it's now me and three other girls and was going to change the number for August when I came in for my trial. At that time when speaking to the owner she said oh four people should be absolutely no problem. I was very excited to get my hair done for my trial after speaking with her and then the day before my trial I get a very non professional phone call, with no explanation as to why they can not accommodate us. I think it's just a really bad move for a small business in Broome County. I will not ever be using the services from this salon ever. You just lost 600$ and more because my entire party will never step foot in this salon and neither will our mothers. 1 person tells another and then that person tells ten more people."
