"I walked in as there was a sign on window that said walk ins welcome. There were two people getting hair cuts and no one else was waiting for cut. I was asked if I made appointment and I said no and you seem to be empty. I was told that people who made appointments could walk in any moment and my wait would be 52 minutes.
