"Called around and they seemed to be the only local spot that had planner boards. Thought that was awesome for my first time experience with Island Tackle. Everyone seemed very nice and friendly. I do recommend training all staff to work the spooling/crimping area. I don't mind coming back to a tackle shop, for the planner board line, but some people might. "We bought 10-pound ice block and it turned out to be 20-pound ice block in the 10-pound block storage. We got confused. We each have to take one bag of ice block because of no choice. When we got our ice, the service man with white beard came out and shouted to us with very bad attitude. Coming on. We are customs. The fact that you put all the 20-pound ice blocks in the storage of your 10-pound ice blocks is your fault. Who know if you are in the promotion sale? who know that the ice blocks in your storage for 10 pound ice block are all 20 pounders? If you did not have 10-pound ice blocks, why did not you tell us in the first place? The guy even said "F" word to us. Can not accept this bad service."
