"There is a bike shop closer to my home than Just Ride Along Bicycle Shop, but I drive the extra miles to JRABS because I always get service and attention that is just fault-free. For example, I wanted a new bike, and the first two bikes I tried at JRABS last week didn't fit quite right. Travis (owner) ordered another one in a different size, assembled it, texted me that it was ready, and BOOM … it was the perfect fit. Travis listened to my requirements and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I've been very happy over the years with the maintenance work that Travis has done on my bike and I'm just as happy now with this new one."

"I've had the good fortune of finding Travis and Just Riding Along Bikes several years ago. Since then, Travis has been my go-to for all things bikes. I have never met anyone as dedicated to exceptional customer service...regardless of whether or not you bought your bike from him. A recent example is related to the Shimano crank recall (which occurred in 2023, for those that won't see this review until later and don't understand the reference). After the recall was announced, little was known or understood about the safety concerns of these cranks - many of which existed on thousands of bikes around the US. Travis proactively sent an email to everyone on his mailing list to inform them of the recall, how to check to see if your cranks were among those needing replacement, and to bring them to him for inspection and replacement (at no expense to the customer). This was amazing, in my opinion. I will continue to default to Just Riding Along Bike Shop for no other reason than Travis' care about my bike-riding experience and making sure I have the right equipment for the best ride. I can't recommend this shop enough."
