So I called yesterday and they had no idea where my order was and asked me “do you know who you placed the order with?” Well, no why would I know that? So I went into the shop today in person. Again they had absolutely no idea about the order I placed and the guy today (a different guy) again asked “do you know who you placed the order with?” I'm sorry, but it’s not my responsibility to remember who I placed the order with. It’s your responsibility to remember my order and actually call me when it’s in. I try and support local businesses but when they are run by morons it’s really challenging."
