"I usually order take out but I decided to dine in and eat some wings with pho. The food was great. I usually order Bánh mì and it is delicious so I did not expect less and sure I was pleasantly satisfied with the food and service. I would recommend"
"Pho Nomenal was phenomenal! This was my first experience eating Vietnamese cuisine and it was absolutely awesome. We had the wings and spring rolls as appetizers. Then I had pho with flank steak and ribeye and my lady had pho with shrimp. The depth of flavor, the richness and the freshness of all the ingredients make for a truly amazing experience. We thoroughly enjoyed it. And the service was outstanding as well. Highly recommend. Btw, mix the hoisin sauce and sriracha and add to the pho. Or dip the wings. Fantastic combo!"
"for the price, pretty decent food. their summer rolls only comes with the basics and they don’t have additional toppings you can add to it. this was the seconds time i went and the first time was definitely better (but i still give the food 4/5 because it was halloween weekend and i’m sure they were slumped)."
"I just had dinner at Pho Nomenal Vietnamese Restaurant for the first time. I will be going back again. I had the Pho #12 on their menu with Tai Iced Tea and Warm Sweet Corn Rice Pudding for dessert. Everything was FABULOUSLY DELICIOUS. The server, Joyce was terrific, friendly, informative, personable in the most perfect way. I give this restaurant 5 STARS. Try them when your in Binghamton."
"The prices, the food, the quantity, the atmosphere, everything was excellent! Our little issue was the wait to get someone to seat us/take our order. But for a full belly and left overs, I’m giving a five star. Definitely would go back. It tastes like a homemade meal. You won’t feel sick after eating here. It’s amazing."
