"Ashley. The main reason I chose Bel Air Granite over other options was Ashley. She is absolutely fantastic! Knowledgeable and helpful. I chose a Silestone quartz and it is absolutely beautiful. The 2 gentlemen who instilled my countertop were awesome. The price was very reasonable. Only complaint is that I was scheduled for installation at 10 am. The guys finally showed up after 6 pm! It was frustrating because I had taken the day off from work. I felt bad for the guys because they worked till after 8 pm. I really don’t think the delay had anything to do with the installers or Ashley. Ashley touched base with me several times throughout the day to update me on the status of the job. She even called me after her work day ended to make sure everything was ok. I really appreciated her follow up. You can tell Ashley loves her job and is committed to excellent customer service. I would not hesitate to work with Bel Air Granite again ….as long as Ashley is there"

"Bel Air Marble & Granite is great! We met Jackie at the showroom, and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were able to take home numerous samples. Once we chose what we liked, the whole process took less than 2 weeks, because we were able to use leftover pieces for our smaller bathroom vanity projects. We replaced countertops only, not cabinets; although I believe they do cabinetry too. Highly recommend!"

Ashley was also very pleasant and easy to work with. I was shopping around for over a month to get the best deal, and Ashley had me measured and installed within a week. Everyone we worked with... stone fabricators, installers, customer service, etc. were all very thorough and professional. They cleaned up after themselves, and everything looked flawless after they finished. She definitely went above and beyond for us.
