"After a long day enjoying Longwood Gardens, we were tired and super hungry. After reading the reviews, we decided to give Beaver Creek Tavern a try and we were happy we did!! The service was outstanding, the food delicious, and the other tavern goers welcoming. I wish we lived closer so we could come back more frequently, but will definitely be back the next time we’re in Downingtown!"
"Every time we go to Beaver Creek Tavern it has always been a great experience! The staff is very friendly . Waitresses are always friendly and service is excellent! The food is delicious always fresh and hot . We take home the left overs even though I am not about leftovers . The food from BCTavern taste like the same as when it was served after reheated!!! Prices are reasonable too!"
"Driven by this place countless times on the way home. Decided to try it and I'm pretty happy I did. Comfy location with a good amount of parking. Nice bar and a warm dining area. All the food was great. One of the things that impressed me was that the medium rare burger was actually cooked exactly as I requested. Menu had a nice range of selections. And the service was so good. Our server made us feel like we were her only table...so attentive and never gone for too long. I'd recommend you give Beaver Creek a try."
"Stopped to grab a bite to eat while traveling. Atmosphere was really nice with a small town feel (ate in the dining area, not the bar) Server was amazing; friendly, polite, checked up on us, overall great experience with the staff. Asked for bison burger to be medium rare, but it came out a bit more rare than I expected (photo). Even with that, the food was great (well prepared and tasty)...I could hardly wait to take a picture of it before diving in and eating (yeah I took a bit). Salad was fresh and tasted good too! Also found out we got to sit at the table next to the owner of the place (he was super friendly and courteous). If we're back in the area, we would stop here again, and I recommend you do too!"
"Took my family for the first time. The atmosphere was warm and homey. I felt like I was part of the neighborhood. The staff was nice and food came out prompt. The loaded nachos were loaded and better than most places. My steak was better than expected. Prepared right and super tender. The kids meals were good portions and they ate everything. Look forward to going back."
