"I looked for a pale pink color, but they only had red, orange, blues, greens, etc. (colors that would chip quickly and look awful.) It’s unfortunate that I did not leave when I saw that red flag. Then, they showed me colors on a chart. I picked the lightest white, but for the pedicure she applied some highly pearlized color, not what I picked, but I did not debate it. For my fingernails, I was forced to pick a clear color considering the lack of neutral choices. Immediately, I asked that she push my cuticles back (instead of clipping them) and she said OK. However, she took her clippers and did the most furious, intense, cutting of all my cuticles. I was extremely uncomfortable, but tried to hang in there. My cuticles were not in bad shape but she clipped and clipped (and clipped) voraciously, almost OCD. When it was time to pay, I asked the price and was STUNNED when she said $65!! (I thought it was a language error). I looked on the pricing board and they had many types of manicures and pedicures posted, but no price was posted for a BASIC manicure and pedicure. AVOID this place!"

"I dont usually write reviews but this was a very disappointing Experience we made an appointment for 2 of us and walking in Envy nails we were not even greeted. we waited about 20 minutes before one of us could start with the manicure and gel nails. First I'm not sure if you would call it a manicure as you can see from a photo I posted. still dirty and I received no cuticle oil or lotion or hand massage. I picked out a color which she quickly started putting on my nails and I said that does not look like the color on the sample at all. She told me not to move and rushed through the 2nd coat. I said a few more times I do not like the color, I was ignored. She acted like she could not understand me and seemed so annoyed with just doing my nails. the Owner overheard and said that is the color you picked, It was not even close. She said ok just take off the gel and charged me $15. My mother in law did not even want to get hers done after watching the whole thing. We left and will never return!"
