"I walked into the store where there was four visible staff members on the floor. Not one of them greeted me. When I approached the counter , I said hello and informed the young lady that I was here to pick up my package. She looks me dead in my face like I was speaking another language. She was cold and rude, I believe that she may be a manager/supervisor. When my shoes were brought out from the back, she nor her staff opened the box to verify my order. Once I used my keys to open the big box to make sure that the order was correct. I had to ask for a bag which seemed to annoy her. I will not be patronizing this location again. The whole shift needs a lesson in proper customer service along with professionalism."
