"I don’t see the point of bringing in a picture if they were gonna do something completely different. Also I was honest about not liking it (and felt bad) and they told me I could come back and pay twice as much (it was 50 percent off and I still spent 80bucks). But it’s not even the color- I understand that my hair is dark but the color was VERY off and she tried to tell me that the picture wasn’t ombré because she gave me chunky highlights. I’d review this better if she didn’t try to convince me that it looked like the pic"
