"We are most grateful to Sarah Elizabeth at the Prince Frederick Five Below, who went above and beyond today. I was on a shopping spree with my 10 year old daughter and 2 of her best friends… quite the whirlwind! We went into Five Below just twenty minutes before close, and she and her coworkers politely and pleasantly informed us that they’d be closing at six, but didn’t rush us. In the process of helping the three girls check out with their different payment methods, somehow my daughter managed to leave her phone and her ULTA bag behind when we left the store. When we realized an hour later and called my daughter’s phone, Sarah answered as she was leaving at the end of her shift, and kindly offered to wait out front until we could return to meet her. She greeted us with a sweet smile when we pulled up… and we discovered that she and I share the same first and middle name. Her kindness saved us from a great deal of stress and aggravation. Thank you Sarah!!! Overall the store was clean and well-organized as usual, and we had a great experience."

"Like most Five Below outlets, there's always something to find. Even in the week leading up to Christmas, I was able to get help with a large checkout (Toys 4 Tots shopping) but like many stores, it's mostly self-checkout. I don't recall filling out an application to work there. I was fortunate that a kind and courteous employee saw my order and immediately came over to help out. I understand the self-checkout to keep prices lower but there should always be at least one or two people at the registers."

"Staff at the store always offer to help. The self checkout here is manageable. Selection of cheap items is decent but beware any plastic toy or rc racecar- these things break quickly...plenty of candy and snacks up front and usually some cute seasonal decorations worth grabbing"
