"For the others reviewing, this place is NOT A SCAM. It is a legitimate collection agency. I am leaving this review because I cannot comprehend how FBCS can call me 5x a day for payment, however, when I call to pay: nobody is ever available to answer the phone. I've been trying to call for 3 HOURS to make a payment because I have other financial obligations to take care of and I don't want to worry about dipping into the money I owe on my payment plan + whatever fee I'll be charged for paying with a debit card. PLEASE ANSWER THE PHONE. I have left 3 voicemails. When FBCS called me 6x earlier this week, I was informed I could call today and make a payment...would be really nice if someone would just answer the phone so I could do so. I know you aren't that busy, I know there isn't thousands of people calling you every hour to pay. So, please take my money before I give it to someone else!!!"

"CTU uses me as loan, when I was not supplied any school supplies, I used my own iPad and knowledge to attend online courses, CTU offered me nothing but money."

"I keep getting these stupid letters from this place stating under someone else's name that I owe over $600.00, I have written on the envelope several times to "Return to sender" "Recipient not at this address, Stop sending this" and I still keep getting it. Now that I'm reading the reviews I get to realize that this is a scam, a scam to convince us that we owe money or something like that. I owe nothing to no one! It needs to stop!"

"They were constantly harassing and calling me during school. I do not have any debt, and they were looking for a "Latino Woman". Not only am I neither, I am a minor. I do not understand how this company is still in business."

"They call me multiple times a day from generated phone numbers. All with the same 567 area code. They never talk when I answer, they never leave voicemails and if you call the number back they tell you your name and address and that you owe someone they represent a lot of money. but won’t tell you who, what money you owe and will not send any verification documents proving that you owe said money. this ‘company’ does not reflect on your credit report, just another scam or corporate company allowed to do what they want through our countries terrible Credit system! You owe cause we say you do!"
