"This Busy Beaver is honestly a joke to try to shop at. I’ve been in the store probably 15 times within the past few months and there is consistently 1 poor girl working register with a line of 20 people leading all the way to the back of the store. You’d think after weeks of seeing this pattern that management would hire more help. Especially on a Saturday morning. We walked in, saw the line to the back of the store and walked straight out. And we were not the only ones. Management couldn’t be found anywhere to help. Will be making the extra 15 minute drive to Lowe’s in Steubenville from now on. It’s worth it to not have to deal with this store. Don’t even waste your time trying to shop here. You find what you need in 5 minutes and then sit in line for 30 minutes just to check out."

"I needed to replace a non worki g commode a d wanted a good replacement at a good price. Busy Beaver had both in stock and at a great price. The best part however was the superior service i was given both pre and post sale. I was unsure of the best toilet to purchase as it was to be for an handicapped person. The sales person showwd me the best choices and explained their benefits. He the carried the box to the counter and then to my car. All without me asking for any help. If you are looking for a good hardware store with great service. This is the best place i know"
