"Rude and unprofessional. I made an eyelash extension appointment and she kept pocking me in the eye and ripping my lashes out. I told her it was uncomfortable and midway through she told me she didn't want to do my lashes anymore and made me to leave with unfinished lashes. She wouldn’t even give me an explanation she just said she didn’t want to do them. Whatever I wasn’t going to go back to her anyways, i thought i was going to loose an eye. She has a bad attitude also."

"It was great experiences up until today. I told her to give me an eyebrow shape up and to not cut a lot of my eyebrows off. She decided to barely listen to me as I feel her waxing so much of my eyebrows. She finishes up and I get in my car and realize she waxed a chunk of my eyebrow. So now I have a bald spot. I call and tell her I could come back and show her that she messed up. She said I could come show her but I’m not getting a refund and she did nothing wrong. I tell her that it’s very unprofessional because SHE made the mistake. Moral of the story I didn’t go back because it can’t be fixed and she refused to give me a refund. I won’t be going back to her."

"The whole experience overall was not very good. The lady was very nice, but when I went in to get my eyelash extensions, she did a full set in about 45 minutes and the only care instructions she gave me was “not to get them wet for 24 hours and to run them under water in the shower to clean them”. I went home and not even 3 days later almost half the lashes on my right eye had fallen out. I called and told her about this and after explaining to her several times that I paid for a service and it should be fixed, she pretty much told me that it was my fault for not taking proper care of them and that she could fix them but would have to charge me an additional $25. I went to her to get them fixed, but decided it wasn’t worth staying with her after this experience. I then went to a different salon 9 days after getting the lashes fixed, which again, most of them had already fallen out by this time. The stylist took one look at them and said she didn’t even feel comfortable refilling them. She had to completely remove them so I can start fresh because they were done so horribly. 2 weeks, $175 later, and I have nothing to show for it. Do not go to her if you are looking somewhere fast to get eyelash extensions, it is not worth it. I didn’t receive any other services from her, so I can’t speak for everything she offers; however, eyelash extensions are not her best trait whatsoever."
