"I just made a return on a laundry basket because one of the straps was broke and I didn’t notice until I got home and the blonde older lady said to me “I’ll give a return to you this time, but next time you only get credit because I’m sure it wasn’t broke when you bought it.” However, it was broke when I bought it, I just didn’t notice until I was home. She was very rude and had poor customer service. I won’t be returning to this store."
