"Great place to shop if you love Shaker, Early American or primitive decor. Not an overwhelmingly large store, but the selection and quality of items offered far exceeds the footprint of the shop. Located 32 miles from my home, I have been there 3 times in past two weeks. Shop slowly around the store, you'll find something you can't live without."
"I would never purchase another thing from this “cottage”. The owners have no respect for a customer whatsoever. He is perfect & makes no mistakes (what he told me) Purchased a hutch that had a scratch on it (will post a pic) that clearly is from them attaching the top portion of the hutch. His only fix was to try and cover it up w a furniture marker that only made it look worse (and blame us for putting it there) I have never dealt w such rude people in my life. I could add a few more details but I will stop here. Maybe if you learned some customer service skills you wouldn’t continually be getting bad reviews!"
