"* follow up* I see the cookie cutter response from the business owner. He knows who I'm talking about. And I said in my review it was my family member. Again poor customer service. Won't take back a defective product unless he gets paid $342. He will offer a payment plan for that as well though. Scam scam scam. This is no different that going to rent a center. Its leased and repo'd product that is re-bagged and sold as 'new' Don't fall for all of the 5 star reviews. They were bought. This is not first quality luxury mattresses as he boasts on his facebook page. If you are lucky enough to get a Brand new matteress they are defective 2nds at best. He takes advantage of elderly people and finds every loophole to refuse to make it right. It's big business right now for resalers to buy returns and pallets and they sell them as new. Lumpy mattress with a dip in it. Delivered only 3 weeks ago. Sure, he'll take it back on a return, but it will cost the buyer $342. Read through your ENTIRE rental agreement. Because that 699.00 mattress will cost your $1500 after 90 days. Unfortunately, my family member fell for this scam. I hope to warn others."

The prices was out of this world affordable and brand new . They come from the same wholesalers that top brand mattress stores like Ashley's get there's from .
