"If I could give them no stars I would. I was here last year and called this year again to confirm and was told it was fine to bring my schools non profit coin challenge money here to count in their machine. Not only did anyone not even say hello when I walked in, but just stared at me before waiting a full minute to say, “do you need something” all while I’m carrying 40lbs of change. Then proceeded to not even acknowledge me when I said what I was there for. Then looked up and said no, not unless you bank with us. I wouldn’t bank with this bank strictly based on the rude customer service that was offered. They then would not even address me when I asked a question and simply ignored me as I left with the schools change. I don’t really do reviews but no one should bank here, this was one of the rudest customer service experiences I’ve ever had!!"

"This is easily the worst banking experience of my life. Both Store Manager (Katie O'Neal) and Assistant Store Manager (Liddy Bretrend) are not only less than helpful, they are not proactive nor communicative. Assistant Store Manager Liddy fails to actively listen and will speak over the guest on the phone in a very passive aggressive tone. She also will talk circles around the direct questions you ask and dodge giving any sort of clear answers. They do not review any material presented before them for in regards to your bank account, even after speaking with three different individuals at the physical location as well as customer service line, and in-app messaging system. I should have never chosen to keep an account with this "bank". It's actually disheartening to know there are people like this in positions of authority and power."

"Horrible service, I've wasted so much. of my time waiting on these people in this branch. Between that and the atm not working every time i go there, I've had it! If you have duties to do in the morning when you come in before you can sevice customers at 8 am, then make sure you get there earlier to complete them so customers aren't waiting on you!"
