"If you live in, or visit, Edinboro, you absolutely must stop at this beautiful store. What a gem! Beautiful furniture, home decor, unique gifts; all displayed in a magnificent space right in the center of town. The owner helped me shop for very specific gifts for friends, offering personalized bags and gift tags for each gift. The owner also owns a beautiful Airbnb, Edgewater Escape. Our three night stay in this beautiful waterfront cottage could not have been better. Gina and David are master hosts, they have thought of every detail and their love of their craft is evident in both their store and their cottage!"

"Words cannot even begin to explain how much I love this store. As soon as you walk in.. it's noticeable how much work and attention is put into every detail. You instantly feel inspired walking into the store. The store owner was very friendly, and has such a warm presence to her. She answered all of my (and my friend) questions, and was wonderful to talk to. Please note that she does consulting too, which you can clearly tell that it's a portion of the business she enjoys, by the passion she speaks of it. This store and the owner are a true jewel in our community. I cannot wait to work with her!"

I'm pretty sure I was speechless upon entering as i glanced around at how beautiful the store presented itself. I then realized how well curated every inch of the store had been carefully designed. "Everyone who visits our house says something like "great bones." Translation ... "you need to decorate this space." Until this past year, I had no more than a leather sofa and a 15-year-old dining room set. Then I met Gina. The Cottage Rose is a wonderful shop to buy everything from smaller home décor items to large furniture pieces all presented beautifully, but Gina's true talent is pulling it all together. The Cottage Rose offers interior design at a reasonable cost. With Gina's help (and patience) we turned our great room into a beautifully decorated space. She listened to our ideas, fulfilled all our requests, connected us with local vendors and added unique touches that fit our lifestyle. Her hourly rate will pay for itself with her bargain shopping and repurposing skills. The sideboard pictured in this post was a garage sale item that Gina painted. It is unique, functional and one of a kind!"
