Ruby Tuesday 1414 Indian Springs Road, Indiana, PA 15701

"I asked for a beer and my wife got a margarita our server asks for ID it’s no problem , however one min later the manager had to ask again for her id , feels like an excuse from the server “need managers approval for out of state” ……I’m out of state as well anyway Server only had to explain to us that she wasn’t allowed to approve an out of state customer once she realized it wasn’t PA license , server could have handler it more professionally. Wife got chicken tenders and French fries and I requested for the ribeye and rib combo broccoli and a baked potato, ask the for the ribeye to be medium Our server did not deliver us the food even not a lot of patrons inside. After the receiving our food , my wife’s chicken was salty and fry’s had no flavor and my ribs had hickory bbq but was flavorless and my ribeye was cooked over . Broccoli was mushy and tasted of salted water and never got the baked potato. Our server Sophia after the id issue seem to be distanced and I asked for a root beer and has she walked away suggested for a coke…..sure…….was awkward experience"

"When we got to the restaurant we were greeted at the door very professionally we sat our waitress came by she got order and was very diligent at her job. she did a great job at seeing if we were okay see if we needed anything else. Are we good if we wanted dessert. very very attentive. We had the steak bites over rice pilaf and mixed peppers.I like Ruby Tuesdays a lot always have. They have the best salad bar ever"

"I just finished at ruby Tuesday, food was mid. Prices are outrageous, I got a capt and coke came out in 6oz wisky glass and was charged $7 crazy won't be back there. Unless bill gates is your date wouldn't recommend going."

"My son and I went to lunch here when I was in the area picking up a Kohls order. Ruby Tuesday used to my favorite chain restaurant. I used to go almost the time in Lancaster, Pa until they had to close. Now that I live out this way, I was so happy to find this one. I absolutely love the salad bar (especially the pumpernickel croutons) however, the prices have gone up considerably to add the salad bar. You used to be able to swap the salad bar as one of your sides. This in particular location doesn't seem very clean. It needs a refresh. The carpet is nasty! The food is still excellent, at least the New Orleans Seafood is, that is my favorite. They don't seem to put much care in presentation, my plate was a mess."
