"please go someplace else! I’ve never had an experience like this anywhere. Very unprofessional I came in for a platinum balayage with root smudge I left with tears and 90s golden streak highlights! No gray coverage! They said someone would fix it then avoided my calls. The manager was very rude and owner never called me back. I had virgin hair was very specific with pictures. I’ve always been platinum so I know it’s 100% possible I did better myself from Sally’s. As single mom it hurt to spend hundreds I saved to be treated like trash Beware!!!"
