"I had the most pleasant experience at Pet Supplies Plus in their Edgewater store last night. I had recently changed our dog’s Science Diet food to a lower calorie choice but could not remember which one. I went to the counter where a young woman helped me by going into my account and telling me what type I had bought on my last trip. Then she walked to the dog food aisle with me, found the correct bag and put the 25-pounder in my cart. I was very impressed with her courtesy and willingness to help. I even had a coupon which was honored at the cashier. Great service from this young woman and excellent quality products at this store. Try PS+ for your pet!"
"Came in to give my muddy puppy a bath at a time when all of the self service stations were full. One of the groomers in training offered to do it for me right away. A little more expensive, but it took a lot of stress off me and my girl got an unexpected, and probably much needed groom. Very grateful for the time and for the kindness they showed us both."

Also, I asked about popular toys, and they suggested messy but fun chess spread toys or less messy chews! Since it was for a present, I chose the less messy option! I also like the atmosphere there.
