"I was an employee there and was a complete nightmare! The owner would not acknowledge any clients, gave them dirty looks on the regular! Who does that?? Was warned earlier by a regular client but didn't want to believe her! She was oh so right! Melissa is psycho! All her employees are groomed. So very scary! This is why I couldn't stay, and she steals from her employees and clients. How do you think she marked her way to Florida every other weekend? He makes her pay half the rent. Not much into drama, but she brought me here and it's explicable. She's all about money and nothing else. Grotesque. Should've known from first review of her."

"I've included two pictures of my hair after getting a balayage color at this salon. Unfortunately there was some banding in the color. As I paid $250 for this service, I called the salon and left a voicemail 6 days after the service was provided to work with them to either receive a partial refund or ask that the stylist help fix the banding. The salon's policy is that you must reach out within 7 days of the service to be eligible for a refund/redo. The salon did not call me back. I called back a couple weeks later (I would've called earlier but life and covid reached my family at that time). The owner claims that I did not leave a voicemail. I confirmed with my phone servicer of the call successfully going through and I was on the call for over 40 seconds. The salon's voicemail comes on at 12 seconds. I called the salon back so that I could speak with the owner to let her know I talked with my phone servicer and they confirmed the call. One of the employees who answered the phone told me that the owner is refusing to speak with me over the phone and will not be calling me back when she is free. Since she refused to speak to me over the phone, I offered to the employee that I could come into the salon so I could show her my call log, proving my phone call. I then received a call from the local police saying that the owner had reported me for harassment. I'm not sure if she may have taken my offer of coming into the salon as a threat prompting her call to the police. The stylist that did my hair was kind and professional but I did not receive the same treatment from the owner of the salon. I would not recommend this salon simply for the owner's lack of professionalism."
