"This salon was the perfect place for me and my girls to get ready on the wedding day! I had two hair trails, the first didn't go exactly as planned and so they fit me in for a complimentary second to ensure I felt good about my big day. The talent is incredible as they somehow managed to turn a bunch of pretty ladies even prettier on the day with both hair and makeup! They were very on the ball with last minute hiccups as well. My original stylist ended up having an emergency on the morning of, and they quickly found someone else to be able to come in to work with me. All the staff is very sweet and we had a blast for the four hours we were there! Reasonably priced, and local to the Mars/Pittsburgh area (they have two sites)."

"I got the completely wrong color and it’s extremely over processed! Also what was supposed to be matching highlights looks like a child spilled red koolaid in the front! The cut was not great either! This is criminal that they can charge what they do and this was the result! I guess if you only get hair extensions and up dos this is the place! This is what 250.00 got!"

"Mixed emotions. I saved up for this for a while, since I wanted my hair to be really nice. I got a new job, I wanted a big change for a new me! I asked for a dramatic shift from my brown, to a lighter blonde tone at the bottom and throughout. I showed pictures, and my stylist said I would get dramatic and noticeable difference. I paid 230$, and did not get what I paid for. I really wasn't expecting platinum blonde hair on the very first appointment, but when she said she could get me a lot lighter I trusted her.. The part that hurt, was everyone there tried to convince me that it was a lot lighter, when my coworkers and friends didn't even notice I had anything done.(See picture-taken 1 day after) There are a few places that are brighter when curled, but its very very faint.. I have to be fair, and say that my stylist DID spend a ton of time with me, and used 60+ foils in my hair . I don't think it turned out how she expected it to either. I told her I liked it, but I knew she could tell that I was upset. I'm also the type that usually doesn't complain! I wish she would have been upfront with me, and told me that for some reason the product or her method did not work. I would have understood-instead of saying that it was impossible to lighten my hair any more than she did. When I complained, the manager said she could lighten a few streaks around my face, but she wasn't going to damage my hair by doing it over again. That's fine, offer me a refund-or a partial refund! I didn't get what I paid for- I saved up for this. So surprised the manager wasnt more understanding. I'm just so upset, And I have to live with this for awhile before I can save up again . I know its just hair..but it's part of who I am: it's supposed to give you confidence! My natural brown is at my roots- and its prettier than what she did. So yes I regret going here. :("
