"Food was cold, had to wait inside while they waited on the the drive-thru. The inside was not clean, garbage needed empty, the door frames were extremely dirty. Tables needed cleaned. Bathrooms had not been checked."

"Before you go, I highly recommend you download the app. The app is super simple to use and is great to see all of the choices they have. You can pay through the app, pull into the rapid pick-up parking spot, walk right in, and be out of there in a matter of a minute or two. When I went in the restaurant, it was almost empty and the person at the counter was very friendly. We typically have great experiences at this location. We ordered a 12 piece variety chicken bucket meal. It came with the biscuits and large sides. We typically order the macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes with gravy and coleslaw. We also ordered the 8 piece chicken tender box. I like the app because it forces you to select dark meat or variety. If you like dark meat but always forget to ask, it is a great reminder. The other thing you can do on the app is pick all of your sauces. Lastly, you can select extra crispy chicken. If you have never tried it, you must! The extra crispy chicken is the only way to get chicken from KFC. The only thing I do not like about the app is that there is no reward system in place like other restaurants. The cool part about ordering is that for a limited time, they are offering a beverage bag! We chose sweet tea and it was delicious!"
