I did not have an appointment and did not know to check in in advance so had to wait for 30 minutes, but that was not too bad. The place was well maintained and the staff was efficient and working hard. Since I was a first time visitor, I was asked for lots of information to be entered into the system to receive future coupons. I was also given a card so I could check in online in the future to minimize my waiting time -- something I do appreciate. The stylist who worked on me was nice, professional, listened to my specific likes and dislikes and requested my feedback, again, I really appreciated what she was doing. Prices were relatively lower than most places in this area. So, why not give this place a five star rating? At one point, I requested to use the restroom and was refused. Luckily there is a retail establishment next door so it was not a problem, but this was a single negative thing in an otherwise positive experience.
