"Lee did an amazing job on my French nail manicure. I don’t get my nails done often but have been to Kimly several times and have never been disappointed! Exceptional attention to detail at a great price!"

"Came here yesterday and wanted to leave this review for anyone else that has been looking for a great nail salon in the area but is having no luck. Honestly, use your money to go somewhere else that is a bit more advanced than this place. I got a gel mani & reg pedi. They offer cat eye designs but are out of the best ones so I decided to get a solid dark color for my gel mani and asked if they have a REGULAR polish to match it. The nail tech (she sits right in the front, as soon as you enter the salon) did not match the colors at all, which is a bit upsetting because that is what I (the paying customer) wanted. I have been to many salons that can easily accommodate this because most gel polishes come with matching regular polishes if the owners of the salons are investing in that. The price of nail salon services seem to go up because of the price of materials which I understand. However, it seems like the price is going up while the quality of experience at these nails salons are going down. When I expressed to her that the color didn’t match, I was told “Oh we don’t have a color that matches. That color matches close as possible” when it did not. As for my manicure, I provided a picture to show how terrible her filing was. I asked for acrylic, she then asks how long. I like my nails long but not ridiculously long like Saweetie or Cardi B. The nail tech took my words as “just lay acrylic over my natural nails” which is not what I wanted because I wanted coffin shaped nails. She tried to tell me that doing a coffin shape on my nails wouldn’t work because it is too short…well that is why I wanted the acrylic tips! I did not want to continue arguing with her because I learned that the reason she did it this way was to be lazy. Her next customer came in mid-way while doing my nails so it became clear that she was trying to get me out of her chair ASAP. That is why the filing looks terrible. Overall, I would recommend going to a salon that provides a better quality experiences for the price. I’d rather pay more somewhere else if I know that my nails will come out the way I want them to because the nail tech listened to me and knew what they were doing. My recommendation is Nails Time, you just need to book way in advance."

"Kim and Ly have a nice, well run salon. I've always made an appointment, but Walk-ins are welcome too. I never feel rushed. For pedicures, I sat in a massage chair that felt good on my back. Nails and feet look so pretty now!"

"I have used this salon multiple times with good results. However, the last visit the young woman who did my mani was quite rude. I even asked if she was having a bad day, to which she replied no and looking at me like I was crazy. Since I have always used the salon as a walk in customer, I don't want the chance to get her again. So, I will be going somewhere else instead."
