"AVOID THIS PLACE! Despite their claims of specializing in hair coloring, this is one place that will never receive another dime from us. My girlfriend went in to get her hair colored blonder. Granted, the shade of blonde she gets is extremely light - almost silver - but that is no excuse. The first time she went in, they did the process entirely wrong, and ended up giving her chemical burns on her scalp. To top it off, not only did she have chemical burns, but her hair was brassy, and not even close to being the correct color. Now, I held off on posting this review, because they said they would fix it after the burns healed. Once the burns healed, she went back in to finally get the hair color she paid over $100 for. Did they do it? Absolutely not. The roots of her hair, which they were supposed to make match the rest of her hair, are still brassy in color. TWO visits to a place that supposedly specializes in color, and we are not only down $100+, but her hair still isn't right. Considering her normal colorist is only in her mid 20's, there is absolutely no excuse for somebody who supposedly has years and years of experience in color to make these mistakes. I hate trash-talking local, small businesses. They are a dying breed these days, as more and more large corporations move in. I want to support the local, small businesses. Unfortunately, this place has no business touching hair."
