Subway

"This is from today Feb 1, 2024****** Hopefully someone in charge gets this review. I rarely come to this location because there's always something. I came in ordered 2 subs, paid and left. When I got home I realized my bread is very stale. Mind you (I've worked at Subway before on 3 occasions..) I was told on the phone to come back and "he will figure something out." I go back in respectfully put my food in the counter to show him, visually.. the bread is stale. He immediately says there is nothing wrong with the bread. With an attitude. Mind you, I'm pregnant hungry and had to leave my house, not even able to eat with my husband because of it. After he basically said I'm wrong, fast forward he said the ovens aren't cooking the bread right!? So how wrong was I actually? No. This employee never wants to hold accountability, and always gives sloppy RUSHED service. We argued the entire time my sub was being remade. Fast forward that bread was STALE TOO!? He condescendingly hands me a glove to feel the bread making a smart comment "will this work for you???" I told him, "listen I didn't come in here for all this, you're being extremely rude, and just told yourself saying the bread in FACT is not made right. If it's not made right don't sell it!? He didn't even cut my sub in half I realized when I got home. I'll never go here again, and hope management sees this. I'd never wish anyone out of a job. But this man has worked here since I lived in Bellevue 2 years to my knowledge and needs retrained. Fact is, I should've came in he should've said "ok I understand our oven isn't working right now, let me see if I can get a softer not stale roll for you." No. Exact opposite. Being defensive doesn't help anything, I'm a paying costumer and this could've been an easy fix. Go to a different subway with all do respect. I wish the dude luck, I respectfully apologized "as the costumer." To him.. for making him feel some type of way? But he was wrong on all levels, and needs to be retrained. He's not fit to work for the public right now."

"BEWARE! The man working at the counter was only wearing one glove when I had ordered my sandwichs. He didn't use the bread I asked for and gave attitude. My family and I now sick. BEWARE!"

"Well, tried to order from the app and was having trouble with it so I went to the Subway restaurant and told them I was having issues, I was trying to order an offered deal. When I told them I was having issues the gentleman behind the counter told me if he was in IT he wouldn't be working at Subway. I had to leave!"

"When I walked in I wasn't greated. The employee continued to text on his phone. I asked a question about one of the breads listed and he gave me attitude. He rolled his eyes when I asked for my bread to be toasted separately. The bread was also so old that it completely crumbled when I tried to eat it. Was hoping for a decent sandwich but instead I got rude service and a bad sandwich."

"It was very nice at subway my favorite dish there is a pepperoni sub with white cheese and no sauce foot long it was delicious."
