"I am very upset with my recent encounter with European Flair. I had an appt scheduled Saturday May 6th with Bri. I have had this appt booked since late March/early April. European Flair canceled the appt the day of due to Bri having a family emergency, this is not the issue, truly it is no issue at all. Things happen, I fully get it. I received a text from Sarah early in the morning as to why the appt was canceled. I said it wasn’t an issue and asked if there was an opening later that day. She said there wasn’t, but they had openings throughout the week. I work Monday thru Friday so during the week doesn’t work for me, but she said they had next Saturday May 13th at 9am. I replied back to the text within 15 minutes, stating, that would work. I did not receive an email, or any type of confirmation that a new appt was scheduled, however I figured all would be okay since Sarah booked it directly. Fast forward to Thursday, I still had not received any type of text, email, or call with an appt reminder. Thursday evening I decided to call at about 5:30. I left a voicemail and waited for a return phone call, I figured they would check the voicemail before they left that night, closing at 8, or even returning the call the next morning. Friday morning I received no phone call, so I called after lunch, around 1ish, I called again. I got a voicemail again and left another message. I thought maybe I forgot to leave my phone number and they couldn’t reach me, but surly someone will listen to the voicemail soon and call me back. If I did have an appt tomorrow, I should have gotten a text, email or appt reminder call since it was less than 24 hours out at this point, I still had not. I said I’ll wait again until about 3:30, I don’t want to keep leaving messages and holding up their time. Around 3:30 I called again and got another voicemail, I did not leave a message this time but decided to call back about 20 minutes later. I finally had gotten ahold of someone to confirm the appt. I told the woman on the phone the situation, they had to cancel, she texted to reschedule and it was booked for tomorrow (Saturday May 13th at 9am) but I didn’t get any confirmation. She looked and said that I had no appt for tomorrow! But asked if I wanted to schedule for another day. I said nicely that “it’s okay, I will go somewhere else, thank you”. And we ended the call. However I am really upset about this. I have never been to European Flair, so I have never been a no show to them or constantly canceling appts, this is my first visit and my first impression with them. I am upset not because of the cancelation last week or because this appt was not booked, but I am upset that this was European Flair’s mistake and I wanted them to make it right. I understand issues happen, however it is important to me that they make the situation correct. I’m not looking for a free service or a discounted rate or anything like that. I was hoping that while I was on the phone, she would have said something along the lines of “you mentioned it was rescheduled from last week to this week. I’m not seeing you in, however let me go speak to my manager or someone who does that service to get you in on our error.” I wouldn’t mind waiting a little bit that day if they were over booked, I just wanted them to correct the mistake. I even thought maybe the woman I spoke with on the phone would bring it up to Sarah, or a manager, or someone else in the salon and they would text me or call me and say like hey this is our error, let’s make it correct. However, this did not happen either. I am disappointed and will not be returning for any services nor will I recommend European Flair to anyone."

"Jen did my daughters hair for her first communion and she did an excellent job, I showed her a picture of the style we liked and she did exactly what we wanted . Now my daughter says she will have her hair done with Jen for her birthday also. The place is beautiful. Thank you!"

"I had my first ever massage (deep tissue) with Viola. She was so nice and professional the whole time. She told me what all to expect and answered all questions I had. I will be returning regularly for massages. I plan on trying their other services as well."

"I have been coming to European Flair for a few years now. After my first appointment with her, I have always asked for Tess to be my stylist. She is excellent at what she does and always extremely enthusiastic, even if my appointment is at the end of a long day. I have had more compliments on my hair since seeing Tess than I ever received when going to any other salon. The rest of the staff is always pleasant, courteous and professional, but in a way that makes you feel at home."
