I will wait 3 months to get in town to make sure they cut my hair. After I pay I have enough for a 50% Tip and still save money over paying those chain store stylists!"
"Horrible customer service. When explaining to the hair stylist how I would like my son's hair; I was told to "sit down and let me do my job". Had I treated this same guest like this in my place of business, I guarantee she would cause a huge scene and I would be potentially fired. Another entitled baby boomer who knows everything. Having a small business is a small city does not give you the right to say your mind at will. Would LOVE to support local businesses, but after many issues around town we will be taking our money to PA."
