I used to say great things about them because they had great rates but this is the 2nd car loan that has been so much more trouble than it was worth. My advice is to try a different credit union."

"I moved over an hour away from this branch years ago, but still maintain my account at LVECU. Personally, I don't love the website, but don't have to use it, too much. On the flip side, it's the people that make this physical bank tick. The app is handy and have communicated with employees through that for various moves. There have been times where I need to meet with staff and they worked with me (on 2 occasions for an extended period of time). And just are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and responsive.
