"Worst haircut I’ve ever had guy was scraping my head each cut digging into my scalp he messed up on the back so he cut it shorter but left all the small hairs I couldn’t see then when he turned me around because I was so far from the mirror spent $28 to get messed up probably would’ve been better off cutting it blindfolded with my feet have to wear a hat permanently until it grows back don’t let that guy cut your hair"

"I liked the haircut. It was really good and fairly quick. The staff were friendly. But I think the company could improve in two areas. 1) A signature haircut should include a shampoo and conditioner. None was offered and they charged full price anyways. Maybe I should have said something, but I saw they were busy so I didn't. 2) Although I had made an appointment, they were about 15 or 20 minutes late starting. Other customers with appointments were told to come back in 30+ minutes. So, I think they could try to improve that system too."
