"Went home and styled my own hair I recently had a rather frustrating experience at your salon. While the front desk lady was accommodating and initially assured me that the online promo price for a root touch-up, glaze, and style would be honored, the lack of communication among staff members left me caught in the crossfire. Upon arriving for my appointment, the stylist initially refused to do the included style. After a conversation between the stylist and the front desk lady, it was agreed that the style would be honored. However, after the washing was completed, the stylist once again reneged on providing the promised style. This inconsistency and miscommunication between your team members made the experience unpleasant. It's crucial for your staff to be on the same page to avoid inconveniencing customers like myself. I hope you address these communication gaps to ensure a smoother and more enjoyable experience for all clients in the future."

"So let me start off with this, if I could give this place and specifically the owner, whoever the hell it is, 0 stars I would. The products never seem to be new and I saw someone give his USED gloves to another stylist who, thank god, did not use them. The owner seems like a very cheap individual and for an expectedly highly talked about salon, you'd think the owner would do a better job of running the salon but I guess not. The stylists I did interact with were such pleasant human beings and I wish them nothing but the best but I hope I never have the displeasure of meeting the owner. I wouldn't be surprised if the owner tried scamming the stylists with how terrible the retention rate is. I want to make something very clear, I will NOT EVER be going to this salon and I absolutely refuse to go to any associated salon ever again. I think whoever the owner is should be reported to whoever the hell gave them a license to own a business or become a stylist if they even are one. I feel terrible for the stylists. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON SPARE YOURSELF"

I can honestly say I have never received the same level of genuine care and attention at any other salon. Moe did my color, highlights and style with an abundance of skill, time and attention. Michel is an absolute Master. His talent and experience is evident in the deliberate way he cuts hair with absolutely fabulous results! I highly recommend Michel Rene Salon."
